Superior contractors accused of violating federal law for firing two employees

According to our partners at Business North, Stack Brothers Mechanical Contractors is accused of the violation after they fired two employees when they turned 62. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's investigation revealed that the heating and plumbing contractor discriminated against Randy Virta, and Karen Kolodzeske . The EEOC also says Stack Borthers retaliated against Kolodzeske for resisting the company's plan.
