Gov. Heineman Signs Autism Coverage Bill into Law

Monday afternoon, Gov. Dave Heineman signed LB 254 into law. As a result of this law, some health insurance plans in Nebraska will provide coverage for screening, diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorder in a child until the insured child is 21 years old.
