Somerset Medical Center agrees to pay $435k to settle federal kickback case

Somerset Medical Center in Somerville today agreed to pay $435,640 to settle a case alleging the hospital paid inflated rents and other kickbacks to induce doctors to refer patients, according to the U.S. Attorney.
