A bid to lower manufacturers' energy bills

At Green Bay Packaging's plant in Hunt Valley, Tyson Aschliman, general manager of the plant, said that participating in an earlier program run by the same organization -- the Regional Manufacturing Institute of Maryland -- allowed his location to increase production 20 percent while decreasing electricity usage one percent.
