Brookwood Medical Center endoscopy facility settles complaint, agrees to provide visual aids to blind patients

The Alabama Digestive Health and Endoscopy Center and joint operator Brookwood Medical Center each have entered a settlement agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice, according to a statement from U.S. Attorney Joyce White Vance.
