Former Long Beach hospital owner, Michael Drobot, to be arraigned today on federal charges

Former Pacific Hospital owner Michael Drobot is scheduled to appear in court today in Santa Ana to be arraigned on charges related to his admitted role in what authorities have called the largest medical fraud case in state history.
