Wild Order of Federal Marital Benefits for Unmarried Same-Sex Domestic Partners

In an adventuresome administrative ruling , the three-judge Judicial Council of the Ninth Circuit Executive Committee has concluded that an unmarried court employee with a same-sex domestic partner was entitled to federal marital benefits.
