OSHA fines 2 local firms in connection with worker deaths

Central Ready Mix has been cited for 10 serious safety violations after a plant operator was fatally wounded in a fly-ash storage silo on Aug. 6 at the gravel company, 4714 Oxford State Road, Middletown.
