R.I. Labor Dept. to hold 2nd day of hearings on proposed biweekly pay rules

The Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training will go forward with a public hearing about proposed rules concerning biweekly pay on Black Friday at 2 p.m., but the department will continue the hearing on a second day, Dec. 9 , as well, according to DLT spokeswoman Laura Hart.
