Illinois Supreme Court Narrowly Construes Exemption from Prevailing Wage Act

In its sixth and final unanimous civil decision of the morning, the Illinois Supreme Court adopted a narrow construction of the exemption for public utilities provided under the Prevailing Wage Act.
