Harrell is tapped as liaison for complaints

In a revision of its policy in light of sexual harassment allegations against Sheriff David Woolfork, the Madison County Commission appointed a commissioner this week as a liaison for county employees to report a claim of discrimination, sexual harassment or retaliation.
