Federal judge denies delay of methadone-clinic lawsuit

A federal judge has denied the city of Lowell's motion to delay a federal lawsuit filed by Habit OpCo, which operates the city's lone methadone clinic, until the resolution of another lawsuit in a state court over the city's efforts to block the clinic's move to a new location.
