OSHA cites 2 companies in death, injury at crane collapse site

Two Wisconsin construction companies have been cited by the U. S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration in connection with the death of a truck driver and the injury of another worker on U.S. Highway 41 over Lake Butte des Morts near Oshkosh.
