New head of Thomas McGee seeks talent to spark organic growth

Doug Joyce is the new managing partner, taking over for 33-year company veteran Gene Kline, who will officially retire in April. For the first time in 20 years, the Thomas McGee LC insurance agency in Kansas City named a new managing partner.
