Isle of Palms settles with feds over Disabilities Act probe

Isle of Palms and three other cities nationwide have reached settlements with the U.S. Justice Department following investigations that found city hiring practices violated the Americans with Disabilities Act. The department said Tuesday it found online employment applications in the cities asked questions about disabilities.
