Fallon settles federal complaints about hiring disabled

The city of Fallon has reached an agreement with the Justice Department to settle allegations the city engaged in a pattern of discrimination by requiring job applicants to disclose disabilities and/or medical information before they were offered city jobs. The Justice Department first notified Fallon in July 2013 it was investigating alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
