Next President Will Either Protect LGBT Advances or Roll Them Back

It wasn't so long ago that LGBT Americans could be excluded from emergency evacuations, kept apart from a spouse in hospitals, outed at work by government officials, or straightwashed in the Census. Over the last seven years, the Obama administration has made unprecedented strides toward fixing discriminatory laws and creating new institutions to serve the needs of LGBT citizens.
