Rand Paul tells Urban League he's one of the good guys : At a speech of the National Urban League's conference in Cincinnati Friday, the Kentucky Republican said: "Not only do I support the Civil Rights Act and the Voting Rights Act, I'm a Republican who wants to restore a federal role for the government in the Voting Rights Act."
