Feds investigate pawnbroker for alleged sexually charged misconduct

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission slapped Seapod Pawnbrokers and its owner Frank Morea with a discrimination lawsuit Thursday on behalf of five women who work at his shops in Brooklyn and Queens.
