Nichols Kaster, PLLP Files Overtime Lawsuit Against Humana, Inc. on Behalf of Special Investigators

On July 22, 2014, several former employees of Humana, Inc., filed a collective action lawsuit in federal court on behalf of themselves and all other similarly situated current and former employees seeking unpaid overtime wages and liquidated damages under the Fair Labor Standards Act .
