Group that helps empower disabled people plans fundraiser

Disabled United in Direct Empowerment (DUDE) will celebrate the anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act with the seventh annual DUDE Celebration and Fundraiser at 4 p.m. Saturday, July 26, at the Ashland Community Center, 59 Winburn Way.
