Time and a half

It's funny, isn't it, how a man who never had to meet a payroll, has added more trillions to the national debt than all other U.S. presidents combined, and presided over the weakest economic "recovery" since the Great Depression has the chutzpah to unilaterally declare when employers must pay overtime to relatively high-salaried employees.
