Judge: US contractor liable for Thai worker abuse

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, a federal agency responsible for enforcing anti-discrimination labor laws, on Monday announced the ruling against California-based Global Horizons, which placed the workers at six farms across the state.
