Wilkes-Barre/Scranton unemployment dips slightly in July

The unemployment rate in the Scranton Wilkes-Barre metro area dipped marginally in July, down a tenth of a percentage point to 9.1 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis, the lowest since March of 2012.
