Fifth Circuit Rules for the EEOC in Age and Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

In a unanimous decision issued on Friday, July 26, 2013, the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit reversed a Beaumont, Texas, trial court judge's grant of summary judgment in favor of DynMcDermott Petroleum Operations Company , a federal contractor, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced.
