SCOTUS rules in favor of university in employment discrimination action

The Supreme Court of the United States upheld a 7th Circuit Court of Appeals decision on Monday, June 24, 2013, ruling that a woman failed to prove she was subject to a hostile work environment under Title VII while employed at Ball State University, according to The Indiana Lawyer .
