Delay in Taylor's lawsuit vs Buckingham OK'd

U.S. District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Ramona V. Manglona has allowed a delay in the hearing on a motion to dismiss a former CNMI government lawyer's age discrimination lawsuit against former attorney general Edward T. Buckingham.
