Waterford Zoning Board of Appeals grapples with variance for proposed sober living facility

Before it can make a decision on whether to grant a variance needed to turn a vacant Rope Ferry Road nursing home into a sober living facility, the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet with another lawyer to gain an understanding of the complicated federal laws involved.
