Council approves funding for Hillside Cemetery restoration

Restoration of Hillside Cemetery will be aided by a $10,000 appropriation from the Tinker Fund, a sum that will be used as "seed money" as the city embarks on a multi-year project to raise toppled gravestones and repair damaged retaining walls.
