Court: Ex-Ferguson employee should get $400K more in pistol-whipping case

A former employee of Detroit contractor Bobby Ferguson is entitled to more money for the pain, suffering and future medical expenses for permanent injuries sustained in a pistol-whipping inflicted by Ferguson.
