Alaska: Alaska Drinking Water Fund - City and Borough of Juneau, Eagles Edge Water System Replacement

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Environmental Conservation, as provided by 18 AAC 76.235, finds the following project qualifies for a Categorical Exclusion to the Environmental Review Procedures of the Alaska Drinking Water Loan Fund: The proposed project will replace the failing water system within Eagles Edge Subdivision.
