Two sides push for progress in Ayer commuter-path talks

The attorney for private landowner Phil Berry says he's waiting response for two of Berry's proposed pedestrian pathways to the Ayer commuter station, an issue that heated up this week as residents mailed more than 100 postcards to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority.
