New workplace challenge

A new ruling from the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs that took effect March 24 strengthens Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which prohibits discrimination by federal contractors and subcontractors against individuals based on disability.
