County employee hit while walking to work denied Workers Comp

A Morris County worker who was struck by a car while walking from an employer-designated parking garage to her office in Morristown in 2010 is not entitled to Workers' Compensation benefits because neither the garage nor the public street she was crossing are controlled or owned by the county, the state Supreme Court ruled Tuesday.
