Justice Sotomayor grants Denver nuns injunction on ACA birth control mandate

Denver, CO, United States - Nuns running a Denver charity group should not be forced to provide contraceptives, sterilizations and drugs and devices that cause abortions under the Affordable Care Act , U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor ruled in an injunction issued late New Year's Eve.
