2 NMC execs, lawmaker in apprenticeship conference

As part of efforts to build up the Northern Marianas College's apprenticeship program, two of its officers are scheduled to fly to a San Francisco conference beginning this week, according to NMC president Sharon Y. Hart, Ph.D., yesterday.
