Fort Monroe roads, buildings being repaired

Attendees of the Easter Sunrise service held at Continental Park on Fort Monroe, listen to the talk titled " Because He lives" given by Major General Douglas L. Carver, U.S. Army Chief of Chaplains. The Easter event took place on Sunday 6:30am.
