THE Department of Labor Employment -Davao said Monday that it is updating its Human Resource Development Plan this year to address jobs mismatch. Dole-Davao officer-in-charge lawyer Jason Balais, during Monday's Kapehan sa Dabaw at SM City Davao, told reporters that the region has a sufficient labor supply but many of them, especially the fresh graduates, do not meet the industry requirements.
