Designer of Fraudulent Tax Promotion Product Sentenced to Prison

Daniel William Porter pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States. U.S. District Judge Miranda Du sentenced Porter to serve 55 months in prison and three years of supervised release following his prison sentence.
