Investigation into fatal construction accident could take months

State Department of Labor spokesman Neal O'Briant said Tuesday it might take up to six months to finish the agency's review of Monday's accident on Fayetteville Street at a high-rise called Charter Square. Three workers were killed and a fourth seriously injured when a section of scaffolding they were disassembling peeled away from the building and crashed several stories down to the pavement below.
