Former SES boss Murray Kear faces prosecution over ICAC findings over whistleblower sacking

The former head of the SES may be charged for sacking a whistleblower after she alleged a colleague had misused funds. In the first case of its kind in NSW, the former head of the State Emergency Service is facing prosecution for sacking a whistleblower.
