Judge allows more strippers to join labor suit

Litigation says entertainers were not paid by Tiffany's Cabaret, but forced to share tips with other employees and pay fees In a ruling this week, U.S. Magistrate Judge Henry Bemporad allowed conditional class certification in the suit against Tiffany's Cabaret, opening the door for strippers who worked there since July 1, 2011. He sided with the plaintiffs, two entertainers who sought class-action status to include current or former dancers who have worked there in the past three years.
