A federal, class-action lawsuit was filed against a Spring Hill call center, alleging the company required employees to perform uncompensated work. The complaint was originally filed Oct. 9 on behalf of Mary Andrews, Earvin Kyles and "all others similarly situated" against TRG Customer Solutions Inc. - now known as IBEX Global Solutions.
