Our View: Cooperation will be key for Rauner

Bruce Rauner defeated Gov. Pat Quinn. Come January, a Republican will hold the state's top office for the first time since 2003, when the now-imprisoned Rod Blagojevich took office from George Ryan, who was released from imprisonment in 2013.
