Newark company ordered to pay back employees retirement funds

A Newark company will have to pay back more than $200,000 in employees' retirement contributions, representatives from the Department of Labor said Friday. Representatives from the Department of Labor filed a complaint on May 30, 2012 alleging All American Rentals Inc., a construction equipment supply company located at 8136 Enterprise Drive in Newark, withheld retirement funds from its employees.
