Supreme Court to examine discrimination case of Muslim job seeker rejected by Abercrombie

The justices will decide if employers are liable for terminating employees or rejecting applicants after learning of religious practices such as Samantha Elauf, 19, who was rejected by Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in 2008 for wearing her Muslim hijab to a job interview.
