School Board Member Dave Miner Faces EEOC Complaint

MCSD Office of Professional Standards investigator Troy Pumphrey has requested that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission open an investigation into Manatee School Board member Dave Miner, after Miner demanded he be fired over alleged discrepancies in his resume. Pumphrey says the attacks are part of a personal agenda and seem to be racially motivated, based on Mr. Miner's alleged treatment of other African American employees.
