Roofing contractor faces fines for OSHA violations

A Milton-based roofing contractor with a history of safety violations faces a total of $61,600 in fines for exposing employees to fatal 25-foot falls and failing to ensure their safety at a Somersworth job site. According to a press release sent out by the U.S. Department of Labor, employees of Ken Stanley, who owns A+ Roofing, have been exposed to this same danger five times in the past.
