New Supreme Court term doesn't include same-sex marriage - for now

The blockbuster case that will likely define the US Supreme Court's 2014-2015 term isn't even on the high court's docket yet. The justices have already agreed to hear 50 cases in the new term that begins Monday and runs through late June.
