Flight Attendants and Title VII

The EEOC, IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law's Institute for Law and the Workplace, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Labor and Employment Law recently sponsored a wonderful event which brought together some of the key players from the well-known flight attendant sex discrimination cases that were brought in the early years of Title VII. The event was part of the on-going celebration of the 50th anniversary of the statute.
